General Terms and Conditions
The Sarvjanik Shikshonnayan Sansthan is a social and sponsored organization recognized for tax
purposes. All funds will be used for charitable and moral purposes only in accordance with the
Articles of Incorporation of the organization. These Terms of Use apply to all users and visitors of
the Platform and govern the rights and obligations of those who visit and use the Platform.
1. Completes the contract and exercises your rights
User Authorization- Natural Person as a User-Only user with full legal capacity and licensed by a
legal representative are allowed to use it, but the minimum age of a user is 16 years in all cases.
Legal entity as a user (business or company)-A legal
entity (institution or company) and the
corporate project is not permitted unless you are an authorized representative. An authorized
representative to record, manage, execute, and/or be responsible for the content of a project or
institution on stage is authorized by the organization or company to provide details of the project.
Accurate information about project statements, project reports, stakeholders, or companies must be
verified by providing appropriate evidence when asked for Sarvjanik Shikshonnayan Sansthan. Unless
otherwise stated, you have the authority to respond to inquiries about the institution's website and
ongoing projects or companies and to provide and receive the necessary information to the Sarvjanik
Shikshonnayan Sansthan. We have the right to withhold your subscription without giving any reason
not to meet all the basic requirements.
2 Users Obligations
a). Users are fully responsible for the behavior and content of the platform and its content.
Before properly sharing or posting content, users may note that their actions and content must
accompany with General Terms of Use, Sarvjanik Shikshonnayan Sansthan Rules, Code, Ethics, or
Third Party Legal Rights (Trademark Law, Trademark Name, Data Protection). Etc.
b). When using the platform, users must take into account that a better community (that is, the
entire user community and the Sarvjanik Shikshonnayan Sansthan) will work together in a fair and
rational relationship with mutual respect. Emotional and respectful attitudes towards others are
especially important when it comes to worldviews and religious or political beliefs.
c). It is illegal to post, link or access the following content directly to the forum.
- Material that threatens or harms youth and their development, especially violent, sexual, or
other immoral content
- Content that promotes or promotes hate, violence, or any other form of discrimination

between consumer sales and donations, the direct financial relationship between donations and
products, and/or the transaction when you pay to improve an image or image.
The Sarvjanik Shikshonnayan Sansthan provides donations collected through the forum to selected
organizations without the authority of self-determination.
d). The sponsor is also obligated to refrain from contacting the content prohibited 2(c) to
ensure
that the contribution to the Sarvjanik Shikshonnayan Sansthan is taxable.
e). The user has the following obligations

his identity or age and any other information necessary to achieve the purpose of the contract.
- Refrain from registering for the second time
- If the required information introduces subsequent changes to the specified administrative
functions without delay.
- To prevent its username and password from being shared with third parties
- To prevent third parties from using the Sarvjanik Shikshonnayan Sansthan Services able to trust
their account.
f). Users must comply with statutory data protection and data security requirements.
g). Sarvjanik Shikshonnayan Sansthan reserves the right to remove this content from the platform
at
any time if it gains knowledge of prohibited content or if that content is in doubt.
h). If you find content on our website that, in your opinions, such as content that violates
current
laws or these Terms of Use or additional Terms of Use, you must notify Sarvjanik Shikshonnayan
Sansthan of that fact.
i). If a user is banned, they will not be able to use the platform and will not be able to re-
register even if they are using another platform account.
3. Usage rights, copyright, freedom
a). Users are entitled to use the content posted on the forums (text, images, logos,
project
descriptions, project titles, or other content) for purposes related to the purposes of their
personal services.
b). In particular, the Sarvjanik Shikshonnayan Sansthan reserves the right to understand the
right
to store content and make it publicly available through forums, as well as the right to edit,
modify and shorten content. Clear and explicit instructions are not affected when submitting

visitors and users may use this information outside the scope of their privacy policy or in
connection with Sarvjanik Shikshonnayan Sansthan or other related human rights organizations.
Repeated regular copies of copyright law and posting of content on forums conflict with the
normal use of the database and affect legal interests.
4. Donation
a). Donation Decisions
- After the organization has applied for the funds, Sarvjanik Shikshonnayan Sansthan will
decide
to make the donation. When making a decision, the Sarvjanik Shikshonnayan Sansthan primarily
takes into account the following criteria.
- Foundations and projects must comply with standard requirements (proof of non- profit and
tax
purposes under the AO) and provide legally required evidence.
- When making donations, the organization should document the planned use of the funds in
developing a compelling new project.
- Sarvjanik Shikshonnayan Sansthan continues to consider this a sponsored project.
- If the donations are approved by Sarvjanik Shikshonnayan Sansthan, then the donation will be
made within two weeks. The transfer will be made to the company running the project.
- Under no circumstances will you be required to donate from the project for donations. It has
been clarified to the Project Support Organization that this grant is not required by
applicable
law and therefore cannot be enforced through the legal process.
b). Use donations to cover expenses
Each time a donation is made, the Sarvjanik Shikshonnayan Sansthan decides to pass
on the money
to the Sarvjanik Shikshonnayan Sansthan. This decision applies only to transaction costs when
the amount of donation is reduced. The amount needed to increase transaction costs (see the
current amount of recovery costs) is maintained by Sarvjanik Shikshonnayan Sansthan in all
cases.
b). Legal obligations
The sponsor promises to donate the specified amount to the recipient on a regular basis,
regardless of the cost of the transfer.
