TIn the year 1999 SSS established a degree college to cater need of higher education. Therefore, having the objective to provide better education to the students of Arts, Commerce and Science Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Degree College was started. The degree college is affiliated with the Kanpur University. In the college Arts, Commerce and Science faculties are made available. The college has gained high reputation due to its quality of education. Therefore there is high demand for the admission in the college. Students are coming not only from rural areas but also from the town. This indicates that the teachers are playing their role for achieving the objective of SSS. Dr. RML Degree College has developed an action plan for the coming year students to work for non school going children, women, rural artisans, farmers, senior citizens and unemployed rural youth in the village adopted for practical on community work. This attempt of the students of Dr. RML Degree College shall not only develop adopted village as a live model but shall also develop a team of local people to replicate the success.
